JANTA AI

Terms of service

Last updated 5 October 2026

These terms apply to anyone who signs in to Janta. By using Janta you agree to them. How we handle data is set out in the privacy policy.

What Janta does

Janta is an AI assistant for businesses. It reads the apps a business connects, answers questions about them through Janta and its specialists for finance, sales, operations and marketing, and drafts messages and changes for a person to approve. It shows only what the connected apps hold; with no apps connected it has no business records to read.

Accounts, businesses and roles

You sign in with your email address or Google account; keep access to them secure. The person who sets up a business becomes its owner. The owner and admins invite members and give each a role, which decides what they can open and do. The owner is responsible for who they let in and for their use of Janta. Only the owner and admins can connect apps or approve drafts.

Connecting apps

Connect only apps and accounts you are authorised to use for the business, and only share records you are allowed to share. Your use of each connected app remains subject to that app’s own terms. You can disconnect an app in Settings at any time.

AI answers

Janta’s answers come from AI models and can be incomplete or wrong. Check figures against the source app before relying on them, and get qualified advice for financial, tax and legal decisions.

Approvals

Janta does not change a connected app or send a message in your name until an owner or admin approves it in Activity, unless an owner or admin has set that kind of action to Auto in Settings. Auto actions go ahead after a short delay during which they can be cancelled, and only reach people found in your records or named by you. Whoever approves a draft, or sets an action to Auto, is responsible for what it sends: read the recipient and the text first, and edit or decline it if it is not right. Send messages only to people you have a lawful reason to contact, and follow WhatsApp’s and your email provider’s rules on business messaging.

Fair use

Do not use Janta to break the law, to access data you are not entitled to, to send spam, or to interfere with the service or other businesses on it. Each business has monthly usage limits and request rate limits; requests over a limit are refused until it resets or is raised.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Janta available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, by a connected app or AI provider being unavailable, or by faults. We may change or remove features and will update these terms when we do; the date at the top shows the latest version.

Suspension and ending use

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other businesses at risk. You can stop using Janta at any time.

To have your account or your business and its data deleted, or with any question about these terms, email <[email protected]>.
